This version in AISI 304 stainless steel is proposed for technological and aesthetic reasons.
- technological: because the material used is NOT CORRODED by alkaline or acid heating water, such as there may be in large heating plants. Normal towel-warmers, welded with metallic alloys, do not resist so long in operating conditions using that type of water.
- aesthetic: because the surface coatings available make the product more pleasing visually and more long-lasting in comparison to products of chromium-plated steel. By request, it is possible to have the product painted with epoxy powders, oven-baked, in the brushed version.
The Hydroprisma “T/stainless steel” is a heating element made up of two vertical manifolds, which are connected to each other, by means of welding, by a certain number of horizontal elements.
The welding is invisible and is carried out using an ultra-modern automated laser-ray system. In order to verify that there is perfect seal, all the heating elements are tested with compressed air at a pressure of 20 bar.
The maximum operating temperature is 95° C, while the operating pressure is 10 bar.
