No data deriving from the web service will be communicated or diffused. Any personal data supplied by users who send in requests for informational material, who register on the site or who make orders will be used for the sole purpose of the service or the performance requested and will be communicated to third parties only in the event of necessity for that purpose.

Navigation data.
The computer systems and the software procedures necessary for the functioning of this web site acquire, during the normal course of operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of the protocols of Internet communication. This is information that is not collected in order to be linked to identified interests; it is information that, however, by its nature, could, through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties, allow the identification of users. This category of data includes IP addresses or dominion names of the computers operated by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the dimension of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the state of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the user. These data are used solely to gather anonymous statistical information for the site and to check its correct functioning; they are deleted immediately after their processing. The data could be used to check responsibility in the hypothetic event of computer crime that damages the site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses shown in the site involves the successive acquisition of the address of the sender, which is necessary in order to reply to requests, as well as any possible other personal data given in the message. The registration of the user and the carrying out of orders involves the acquisition of the data provided.

OPTIONALITY OF PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from what is specified for the navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data shown in the registration or order modules or in any event indicated in communications requesting the provision of informational material or other communications. MODE OF USAGE

In accordance with said article, the subject has the right to request that any data used in violation of the law be deleted, transformed into anonymous form or blocked, as well as the right to oppose in all cases, for legitimate reasons, their usage. Such requests must be sent to the Owner of the usage.
