The prices shown in the pricelists may be changed by PRISMA S.p.A. without notice. In the event of a variation in price, any order in progress and confirmed will be executed under the conditions in effect at the moment of the confirmation. - SUPPLY CONDITIONS
The supply contract is considered concluded at the moment in which PRISMA S.p.A. communicates by e-mail to the client the acceptance of the order and/or proceeds to the execution of the supply without further notice. PRISMA S.p.A. reserves the right to rescind at any time from the contract due to pre-existing or arising complications of an entrepreneurial, commercial and/or manufacturing nature.
- DELIVERIES
Deliveries are undertaken by leading international carriers.
Rates depend on the destination and the weight of the individual shipments. For larger orders we can offer a discount on the standard delivery charges.Transportation charges for individual packages, during 2008, are as follows:

- DELIVERY TERMS
The delivery terms shown and stipulated in the purchase contract must be considered as flexible. PRISMA S.p.A. will accept no responsibility for delays in deliveries. Unexpected events, such as natural disasters, strikes, lack of raw materials or acts of God will free PRISMA S.p.A. of any delivery terms previously stipulated in the purchase contract.
- CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The client must check the goods on arrival. If the goods do not correspond to the delivery documents and the packaging shows lacerations or tampering, the client must contest this condition with the carrier and the client must keep the packaging/delivery in the state they were received, in order to proceed to claim for damages from the carrier (for example, TNT, UPS, DHL, BARTOLINI, etc.). The client must also immediately notify PRISMA S.p.A. by e-mail of any damage or tampering.
It is important to note that, PRISMA S.p.A. make a claim for damages from the carrier and will replace the damaged delivery for the client.
- GUARANTEE
PRISMA S.p.A. guarantees all new factory-produced radiators for 25 years if made of AISI 304 stainless steel and for 4 years if made of carbon steel. The date of manufacture determines the starting date of the guarantee. The BINDING condition for the validity of the guarantee is that any defects encountered be immediately communicated to PRISMA S.p.A. so that the radiators may checked in the factory in order to determine the cause of the defect. The guarantee is not recognised in the event of: incorrect assembly of the components provided, pressure exceeding the limits stipulated in the technical specifications, changes and/or repairs carried out by non-authorised third parties. With the exception of the replacement of parts found in the factory to be defective, no expense for assembly, disassembly or compensation will be recognised. In order for the guarantee to be valid, the following precautions must have been respected and written documentation of such must be preserved:
- The radiators must be preserved under good storage conditions, away from humidity and safe from accidental knocks.
- The radiators must be installed in accordance with the current standards and the indications shown on the technical specification for each model.
- The operating pressure must not exceed the indications of each technical specification.
- The water of the heating circuit must not contain corrosive and/or polluting elements for the radiator.
- The water must not be excessively hard.
- The system must not be emptied after the initial test and/or must not remain without water for long or short periods.
- Any anti-gel or passivating anti-corrosive substances inserted into the heating circuit must be compatible with the chemical-physical structure of the radiators.
- REPLACEMENT UNDER GUARANTEE
For the replacement of products under guarantee, the following procedure must be carried out: request from PRISMA S.p.A. via e-mail the return authorisation number (NAR) specifying the model, number and date of invoice and a brief description of the defect encountered. Wait until the NAR has been assigned. Send the product, free-at-port, to Prisma S.p.A., specifying the NAR in the transportation document. Any packages arriving without NAR and/or partly assigned will be rejected. PRISMA S.p.A., having verified that the product is within the terms of the guarantee, will repair it and send it back to the owner free-at-port. The repair or replacement of products under guarantee cannot take place if the product returned is not whole, that is, if the original packaging is lacking, or integral parts of the product are missing (accessories, manuals, etc.) or have been tampered with.
- TECHNICAL DATA
Designs, dimensions and all the other data on the products shown in the pricelists and/or catalogues are approximate and have the normal manufacturing tolerances. For the purpose of improving quality, PRISMA S.p.A. reserve the right to change some characteristics of their products.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The sale of products over the Internet is governed by legal decree n. 185 dated 22/05/1999, which regulates remote contracts, that is, contracts that are effectuated outside of commercial settings.
This ruling allows the right of withdrawal, that is, the possibility on the part of the consumer to return the product purchased and to obtain a refund of the expense. This right is reserved exclusively for physical individuals (consumers), therefore it may not be exercised by juridical bodies/persons or by physical individuals who act for purposes connected to their professional activity.Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
Within 10 working days of receiving the goods, send to Prisma S.p.A. via e-mail to info@hydroprisma.co.uk or via fax to 0044 (0)207 9383948 the request for withdrawal, specifying: name and surname, bank details, order number and date of invoice.
Request via e-mail the Return Authorisation Number (NAR), specifying model, series number shown on the invoice, number and date of the invoice and a brief description of the defect encountered.
Wait until the NAR is assigned to you.
Send the product to Prisma S.p.A. free-at-port, using a carrier chosen by you and specifying the NAR on the transportation document. Packages that arrive without the NAR and/or without transportation paid will be refused.
The product must be properly and carefully packed in its original packaging and complete with all its accessories, its instruction manuals and everything else that was in the original package.
Indicate on the packaging the Return Authorisation Number (NAR) and send the product to the following address:

Within 30 days, Prisma S.p.A. will refund of the cost of the goods dispatched by means of bank transfer, excluding the costs of the original delivery. The right of withdrawal is totally void in the event that the product returned is not integral, that is:
• the original packaging is missing
• some integral parts of the product are missing (accessories, instruction manuals, etc.)
• the product is damaged due to causes other than transportation, such as use, wear or tampering. - COMPETENT COURT
Any contestation that may arise with regard to the supply contract will be handled by the court of Bergamo (Italy) in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic.
